AI Wedding Photo Generator ("the Service") creates a preview from two authorized adult reference photos. AI output can contain visual inaccuracies and is not a substitute for a commissioned photography session.
You confirm that both depicted people are adults and that you have their permission and all necessary rights to upload and process both photos. You may not use the Service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, non-consensual imagery, unlawful discrimination, or other illegal activity.
You can review a watermarked preview before purchase. A 2K HD download costs US$4.99 and a 4K HD download costs US$7.99. Stripe processes checkout. Taxes are calculated where applicable and the final total is shown before you confirm payment.
If a technical failure prevents delivery of the purchased HD file, we will provide a retry or refund. If a result has an obvious identity mix-up, severe anatomy error, or is otherwise unusable, contact support within 7 days for one regeneration. If that remedy also fails, we will review a refund request. A successful download is not automatically refundable solely because of subjective style preference. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use your purchased result for personal printing, sharing, invitations, and albums. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for commercial use and for how you publish the result.
Processing times vary and are not guaranteed. The Service relies on OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel, and configured infrastructure providers. Results are available for 7 days after generation, so you should download a purchased file promptly.
AI-generated results may differ from the reference photos and may contain artifacts. Preview the result carefully before purchasing. We do not make a guaranteed likeness score or promise that every generation will be suitable for a particular purpose.
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the effective date on this page. Where applicable law requires a separate notice or renewed consent, the change will not rely solely on continued use.
After confirmed payment, HD processing and digital delivery begin immediately. Any checkout consent about immediate performance, cancellation or withdrawal rights must be presented only where legally reviewed and applicable. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
