We process the two reference photos you choose to upload, your selected scene and optional instructions, generated images, essential session data, and the minimum order information needed to deliver and support a purchase. Only upload photos of adults when you have permission from both people.
Reference uploads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after processing. Private preview and HD results remain available for 7 days, then enter our next daily deletion run; deletion may take up to another 24 hours to complete. Minimum financial records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, disputes, or fraud prevention, but do not need to include your photos.
We send your reference photos and generation instructions to the official OpenAI API for multimodal safety screening, face-reference analysis, image generation, and output checks. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days unless a different approved data-control arrangement applies, and may retain or review certain flagged content where required for safety or legal compliance.
Our subprocessors are OpenAI for AI processing, Vercel for hosting and private object delivery, Neon for durable application records, and Stripe for checkout and payment processing. Stripe receives payment and billing details directly; we do not store complete card numbers.
We use essential session storage and cookies to keep your generation and purchase associated with your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the international launch. Operational analytics must not contain uploaded photos, generated photos, full IP addresses, or payment credentials.
Uploads and results are transmitted over HTTPS and stored privately. Download links are time limited. You may request early deletion or ask questions using the support contact included with your order. Deletion of images does not require deletion of records we must retain by law.
We process data to provide the generation and delivery service, secure the product, support purchases, and meet legal obligations. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours under their contractual safeguards. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of eligible personal data, and to complain to a privacy authority.
Email xzsjoy@gmail.com with your order number or result ID to request early image deletion. Do not attach the reference photos to your request. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to you.
