Refund & Quality Remedy Policy

This policy covers a single 2K or 4K digital wedding portrait purchased through Stripe.

Technical delivery failure

If confirmed payment was collected but the purchased HD file cannot be delivered, we will provide a retry or refund.

Unusable output

Report an obvious identity mix-up, severe anatomy error, or otherwise unusable result within 7 days of purchase for one regeneration.

Failed regeneration

If the quality remedy also fails, we will review the order for a refund.

Style preference

A file that was delivered successfully is not automatically refundable solely because of subjective style preference.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

How to request help

Email xzsjoy@gmail.com with your order number, result ID, and a short description. Do not attach reference photos unless support specifically requests them through an approved secure channel.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time is determined by Stripe, the card network, and your bank.
