Generation time varies with demand and image processing. The processing screen shows elapsed time and real request states rather than a simulated completion percentage. If the request fails, you can retry without paying.
Try a clearer, front-facing reference without sunglasses, masks, heavy filters, or strong backlight. A temporary OpenAI or hosting interruption may also cause a failure; wait briefly and try again.
At launch, each network IP and each browser guest session can start up to 3 free generation attempts in a rolling 24-hour period, with no more than 1 new attempt per minute. People on a shared network may share the IP allowance. We may adjust this abuse-prevention limit as costs and traffic change.
The preview is watermarked so you can evaluate the result. A 2K watermark-free download is US$4.99 and a 4K download is US$7.99. Taxes are calculated where applicable and shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase.
A technical delivery failure is eligible for a retry or refund. An obvious identity mix-up, severe anatomy issue, or unusable result is eligible for one regeneration when reported within 7 days; if that remedy also fails, we review a refund. A successful download is not automatically refundable solely for subjective style preference. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Reference uploads are used to provide the generation service and scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Private results remain available for 7 days, then enter the next daily deletion run, which may take up to another 24 hours to complete. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default, but API content may be retained for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days unless a different approved control applies.
Both depicted people must be adults. You must have permission from both people and the right to use both photos. Do not upload images for impersonation, harassment, fraud, or non-consensual content.
Stripe handles checkout and presents eligible card and wallet options for your device and country. The international launch does not offer PayPal, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. We do not store complete card numbers.
